About Queen Metals

Michelle worked alongside her father, Wayne Case, at Case Welding, where she gained valuable experience in industrial welding services. In 2014, she stepped into the role of General Manager, further building her expertise and leadership in the industry.

A 2005 graduate of Western Michigan University’s Haworth Business College, Michelle holds a BA in Business Management. She is integral to all aspects of Queen Metals’ operations, with a particular specialty in plasma cutting and design.

Bringing both technical skill and creative vision to her work, Michelle has led a wide range of projects — from industrial welding to custom decorative designs. She is also a proud member of the American Welding Society.
